At the Can Too Foundation’s recent Board meeting, the Board resolved to appoint five new non-executive directors as casual vacancies:
- Abs Osseiran
- Antoine van Oijen, PhD
- Dominic Del Giudice
- Mark Dagworthy
- Michelle Smyth
Additionally, the board was pleased to appoint Emmy Fleuren, PhD as a member of the Research Committee. It is anticipated that Emmy will transition to the Board in the coming year.
These appointments are part of our succession planning for Andrea Tustin and Sarv Girn who will be stepping down at the November AGM under our tenure policy.
Our new directors bring diverse expertise, a commitment to our values, and the energy needed to support our growth and sustainability strategy.
