One of our key goals is to support Australia's most talented and promising early-career cancer researchers - enabling them to develop track records and leadership skills in the early phase of their careers, setting them up for long-term success in a highly competitive research environment.
Thanks to you over 150 research projects have been funded by the CanToo Foundation since 2005. These grants have enabled early career cancer researchers to study over a dozen cancer types at more than 40 leading research institutes in Australia.
Every passing year brings new medications, trials, and fresh hope for those fighting to stay alive. Our donations fund the research necessary for these amazing breakthroughs. With every step I take, I remember why I am doing this, and think of the people that are going through cancer treatments, who would give anything to feel well enough to walk around the block, let alone run it.
