How you can get involved

Swim

Dive into our ocean swim programs and experience the joy of open water swimming. We offer training for all skill levels. Under the guidance of expert coaches, you'll improve your technique, build endurance, and conquer new challenges through both pool-based and open-water training sessions. You'll be able to work toward conquering a goal distance, from dipping your toes in to a 1km or even a 5km ocean swim.

Run

Our run programs cater to all levels, from beginners to seasoned marathoners. Whether you're aiming to complete your first 10K or achieve a personal best in a marathon, our structured training programs, professional coaching and supportive community will help you reach your goals. You'll gain fitness, make new friends, and raise funds for cancer research with every mile you run.

Surf Ski

Our surf ski program will teach you the basics of surf ski paddling and aim to have you ready for a 10km surf ski paddle event. Learn in a fun, safe and supportive environment under the guidance of a professional surf ski coach. Whether you have paddled before or this is your very first time, this program will help you become a more efficient and stronger paddler.
