This year I fell in love with the sea. It has
saved me in so many ways and helped me to cope with a tricky year. Between my ferry commute and so much swimming, I feel I am swishing around all day and bobbing in my bed at night. It’s
utterly fabulous. The Can Too ocean swimming programme has been highly
recommended to me by several fellow swimmers. Apart from keeping the lifesavers from having to rescue me, Can Too do enormous fundraising for Cancer
Research, a cause close to my heart / chest / Â breast.Â
We all know someone impacted by cancer, 1 in 3 women and 1 in 2 men will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, supporting new research is so
important. Please consider buying me a virtual coffee in the form of a donation
and come swim with me sometime.
In return, I am raising valuable funds that go towards innovation in the prevention, care, and control of cancer. Since 2005, Can Too Foundation has trained over 18,000 participants and raised over $25,000,000 to invest in over 200 one-year cancer research grants.
