Only just recently finding out that a friend of mine passed away from cancer. Gone to soon, taken away so young.  How it breaks my heart.

A Month now into the Cantoo ocean swim program and an early start for the 6 beaches session, swimming 3.5km today. The water was beautiful,  the water was clear, the sight of baby stingrays and fishes and the great company and safety support made it all to be an amazing mornings swim.  
This being my Third year and ready again to swim some events goals.
With my favs being:
The Sydney Harbour Splash & Shark Island. Im also keen to swim a few others i havnt swam  ??????

I'm supporting cancer research and the health of people in Australia 

Roughly 1 in 2 of us will receive a cancer diagnosis in our lifetime. This is a statistic that we need to change. 

So, I've decided to take on a personal challenge with the support of CanToo, to raise funds along the way that could be life-changing. From supporting the ongoing health promotion work CanToo provides, to funding incredible, innovative early-career cancer researchers.

A Perfect day to Swim around the island today, weather and conditions.
Shark Island swim 2.5km done.
 As the sydney harbour splash now being cancelled and not continuing, i wasnt able to swim it, however, now for my last swim, i will swim the coogee wedding cake island swim in april.
