Now that the training has eased off due to being in taper this gives me more time to focus on raising money for Cantoo. I only have $250 more dollars to raise before racendsy on Sunday. 1 week to go

this time next week I will be almost finished. The trainimg done so I can take it a bit easier this week and recover. I completed the Kurnell sprint triathlon today and I'm really happy where I'm at with my fitness. We will see how it all goes on Sunday. 7 hrs of hell i'm sure. 

Almost in taper

After a big week of training I only have one more long run to go until.  That means the km's get less and the body can start to recover before race day Sunday week.

I will be completing in the Kurnel sprint race this Sunday as a practice for transition etc.

I'm training to complete the huskisson long course triathlon in Feb and fundraising for cancer research with Can Too

I am training for an event with Can Too, a health promotion organisation that engages and inspires individuals and the community to achieve personal health, wellbeing and altruistic goals.
 
Beginners and experienced athletes alike are given professional c

oaching as part of a team to run or swim in endurance events- including 10km, half-marathon and marathon runs; as well as ocean swims and triathlons.
 
In return, I am raising valuable funds that go towards innovation in the prevention, care and control of cancer. In 2014, our Can Too community has supported 19 early career researchers through Cure Cancer Australia.
