Kirribilli Pod:
A 20 week program kicking off from w/c 14 April. Hopefully you already have some running experience under your belt - but this will give you the full 20 week experience and support you need to get you finish-line ready.
Inner West Pod:
A fast-track 18 week program kicking off from w/c 28 April. Just taken part in our Half Marathon Program? Or already at an intermediate - advanced level of running? Then this pod is for you! We'll be able to offer you an additional 2 weeks of online support if you're taking on the Berlin Marathon on 21 September (please note, this isn't a CanToo goal event and CanToo will not be in attendance).

TCS Sydney Marathon - Sunday 31 August 2025
If you do not have a ticket to the Sydney Marathon or the Berlin Marathon, this program is still a great opportunity for you to challenge yourself! Whether you're a seasoned marathoner who wants to build on their fitness and aim for a new PB, or someone who has previously completed a half and wants to push themselves further, this program is worth joining!

Please note: Your CanToo program fee covers coaching, admin costs and track entry, where applicable. Event entry is payable separately through the relevant event website.
Mid-week interval training typically cover:
- How to run more efficiently
- Improving core strength
- Proper breathing techniques
- Understanding injury prevention
- Presentations by guest speakers
Saturday distance runs typically:
- Focus on running form
- Build endurance
- Improve mental focus
- Work on pacing and race strategy
