This 10 week coached training program will support you if you are:
- An aspiring runner, wanting to start your running journey.
- A casual runner, looking to up your distance to 10k or 14k.
- A regular runner, looking to improve your knowlegde of running, and your 10k or 14k time.
Taking on the 14k distance? You'll still receive the full 10 week training program, plus an additional 2 weeks of online support to get you ready to complete your 14k run.
CanToo goal events:- 10k distance: Sydney Harbour 10k - Sunday 27 July 2025
- 14k distance: City2Surf - Sunday 10 August 2025
If you are unable to take part in either of our goal events, the program will still give you the skills and ability to complete your own run between 10k and 14k at the end of the program.

Please note: Your CanToo program fee includes coaching, admin costs and track entry, where applicable. Event entry is payable separately through the relevant event website.
You'll train twice a week under the guidance of a supportive, experienced running Coach with an excellent track-record in training first-timers to successfully complete their goal event.
Mid-week interval training typically covers:

Presentations by guest speakers
Saturday distance runs typically:
- Focus on running form
- Build endurance
- Improve mental focus
- Work on pacing and race strategy
You'll also receive a training program with additional suggestions for workouts throughout the week.

If you are unable to attend training in the above locations, but would be interested in our 10k Run Program if we held training in either the Hills District or Kirribilli in Sydney, please complete this form.
